We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair/odors, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

Note: Certain non-returnable items (such as opened pet food/treats, perishable goods, or personalized items) may not be eligible for return due to health and safety standards.

💸 Refund Process (15 Days)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes up to 15 business days for the refunded amount to credit back to your original payment method (depending on your bank or credit card provider).

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
